Cancellation Policy
Over The Phone and Video Conference Readings that are canceled due to any non-emergency, or canceled less than 2 hours notice will be on hold for fourteen days. No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling is recommended via email. If there is an emergency, the session will be on hold for thirty days. No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling is recommended via email. If rescheduling does not occur in the time allotted, no refunds will be issued. Destine Strategies 1 hour In-Person and Dorothys' Home Musical Theater Workshop Cancellation: The Client shall provide a 72 hour day notice of cancellation. Failure to provide a seventy-two-hour notice shall result in the In-Person Reading and Dorothys' Home Workshop being placed on hold for thirty days. No refunds will be given.
