The voice is the translator of the heart. Meaning, what you feel everyday within your heart is expressed through the incredible instrument of your voice.

Sometimes when we have the inability to use our voices effectively, it is due to a disconnection within that we are not aware of. The cause could also originate from trauma and pain that has been ignored or that we are afraid to face.
